Worth writing about
- A tax rate or a required field that looks wrong for your country, ideally with a link to the official source
- A template that breaks on your document, with the document type and the language you were using
- A language you want added, especially if you would be willing to check the translation
- A field your clients ask for that the builder does not have
- Anything that behaves differently on your phone than you expected
What helps a bug report
The page you were on, the browser you used, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot of the preview beats a description of it. Since nothing you type is uploaded, nobody here can see your invoice: if a specific document misbehaves, a screenshot with the figures blanked out is the fastest way to show it.
What this is not for
Tax advice. Whether a particular supply is zero rated, which province a service belongs to, or whether you should be registered at all are questions for an accountant who knows your situation. What is answered here is what the published sources say, which is why every rate in the tool links to the authority that set it.
