Privacy
The short version: your invoice data never leaves your device. There is no account to create and no server to send it to.
Your invoice data never leaves your device. It is not uploaded, not synced and not backed up anywhere, because there is nowhere for it to go.
What happens to what you type
Invoicora has no backend and no database. Everything you enter, including your business details, your clients, your line items, your logo and your signature, is held in your browser's own storage on the device you are using. The PDF is generated on that device too. None of it is transmitted to this site or to anyone else.
Clearing your browser data deletes it. Using a different device or a private window shows you nothing, because there is no account tying them together. That is the trade: no sync, and no copy of your invoices anywhere but with you.
What is not collected
- No account, so no name, email or password
- No invoice content, client details, figures, logos or signatures
- No uploaded files: images you add are read in the browser and never sent
- No advertising profile: Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off
Measurement
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are opened, from which country and device type, and how often someone downloads, prints or shares a document. It sets first-party analytics cookies to tell a returning visit from a new one. Google signals and advertising features are switched off, so this data is not used to build an advertising profile of you.
Analytics cannot see what you type into the builder. When you download a PDF, the only thing recorded is that a download happened, with the document type and template, never its contents. You can block analytics with any content blocker or with Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the tool works exactly the same.
WhatsApp sharing
The share button builds a WhatsApp link containing a short text summary: document type, number, client name, total and due date. Nothing is uploaded; the text is handed to WhatsApp on your own device, and you see it before you send it. The PDF itself is not shared this way, so attach it yourself if you want the client to have it.
Fonts and third parties
Fonts are served from this site, not from a font CDN, so loading a page does not tell another company that you visited. The third parties involved in a normal visit are the host serving these files and Google Analytics, described above.
Children
This is a business tool with no account and no collection of personal details, and it is not directed at children.
Changes
If this ever changes, for example if a Pro plan with an account is added, the change will be described here and the no-upload promise will keep applying to the free tool.
